    Schedule F Question?

People who has done this themselves? Do I need to contact every creditor to get the account # to put on the schedule with the creditor, or can my ssn be substitute?

Don't use your SSN. It is required that it be partially redacted out of your forms/schedules to protect you.

All filers must redact: Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; and financial account numbers, in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037. This requirement applies to all documents, including attachments.
We used our credit report to ensure that we hadn't missed any creditors - they usually have partial account numbers on them. Hopefully you have some paperwork filed or stored that you can get full account numbers from.
