UST POA question

We are now 19 days in status of the chapter 7. Is there a time frame for the UST to file a POA?

We don't expect any issue, but want to know if I need to watch for this, or... has the time passed already?

I know nothing! However, I believe that the UST must file a POA within 10 days of your 341. After that, I believe they can only file to dismiss for a 'totality of circumstance' - which is apparently really hard for them to do. My guess is you are in the clear, but wiser minds will hopefully chime in to reassure you.
