    Pacer after the 341

We had our 341 last week. Seemed to go well. On Pacer there is now an entry that reads

Meeting of Creditors Held and Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Trustee of this estate reports and certifies that the trustee has performed the duties required of a trustee under 11 U.S.C. 704 and has concluded that there are no assets to administer for the benefit of creditors of this estate. I have received no funds or property of the estate, and paid no monies on account of the estate. Wherefore, the trustee prays that this report be approved and the trustee be discharged from office.

My question is what other things should I expect to see on Pacer and about when. The UST has requested some additional documents but my attorney thinks we have pretty well answered their questions (will know on day 59 I guess )

    Your attorney is basically right....
The Trustee finds nothing he can squeeze cash out of of so is declaring it a no asset case....
The UST may be doing an audit on the Trustee (done quite often) and is asking for documentation.
Sit back, listen to your attorney and wait out the 59 days on the creditors...............

    Good Luck,

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
