Is it OK to receive wire transfer NOW???

We have a 341 meeting tomorrow. Is it OK to receive a wire transfer of $400 from a friend sometimes next week to a Wells Fargo account? We have Wells Fargo as one of our creditors as well. But for now, all of our Wells Fargo accounts look fine. No freeze or anything

I wouldn't do it, because you might see it get sucked up through cross-collateralization. Fancy word that means WF can take from your bank account to settle the unpaid debt they hold with you. Open an account somewhere you don't have any debt.
