    I think it's good, good news I can't believe it.

    We have to deal with the unexpected inheritance of my fil's estate but boy am I feeling 100lbs. lighter today.

    Thank you ALL who have answered my questions over the last few months (sometimes more than once!) This forum has been invaluable.
