Well guys a trillion thanks to EVERYONE here, Tobee, Des(!!!!), catleg, AngelinaCat, VYM, Shark, etc etc etc etc.

Discharged Dec 28, Case Closed Jan 3, 2012.

NOW - I've been off work last week (wife just came back from hospital - acute diverticulitis - intravenous fluids and two antibiotics...bad stuff guys...)


BUT I will stick around and she is in a Ch 13!!!

And now I will have to sort out my issues with the IRS which are convoluted...

I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I was so giddy upon hearing of my discharge too. Things are great. I really should be saving more because I've been living rent-free, so I'm buckling down this year. Still haven't heard anything from the bank, and it's going on 2 years since my last payment. I won't mind not hearing anything for at least another two years. Really happy for you, and I hope things work out the missus.

Well the MRs was in hospital from Dec 27-Jan 3 - diverticulitis attack - horrible...home now, MUCH better, but still tired and weak...at the earliest she's going back to work next week...fortunately I was able to be with her each day - I got to the hospital around 8/9AM and stayed until about 8PM....

This will be with her forever...must be very careful with diet, etc etc. Colonoscopy in the next few months..

I've spoken with about half a dozen tax atty's, all saying the same thing - which is good - and I think I could do this myself, I just don't...want to...can't get myself into any more of this fighting mindset...the chap I spoke with this morning is an atty and a CPA does this and nothing but this, and bills $250/hour - (spoke to me for about an hour for free) - $2,500 down - and he said if I do a lot of the legwork/paperwork, it should not even be that much in the end...

This has got to be the best forum ever. Everyone here is really polite and supportive. I've been to other forums - sports in particular - and let me tell you. The moderators don't do a darn thing about all the racist rants, cursing, personal attacks, etc. I've actually quit a couple for that reason. Just understanding how far you've come is thanks enough! Now finish up that Chapter 13 and be on your merry way.

Yep, I'm still here for at least 4 years and change...can you believe it though? In APril (knock on wood) will be one year of Ch 13 (for wife) meaning both of us of course! :-)
