We are in active foreclosure. Our Rule 120 hearing is set for next week, but we filed bk 12/31.
Do we need to do anything to notify the district court of our bk filing? Will having filed the bk cancel the Rule 120 hearing and postpone the trustee sale date?
I understand it does stop the foreclosure temporarily, but not sure if there are other steps my husband and I must undertake.
My attny says the law firm representing our mortgage company will/has been notified.
