    Discharged!!!

    Checked Pacer this morning and our discharged has been entered today!! Filed 10/20/2011, 341 Hearing 11/29/2011. Case determined to be an asset case but we settled with the Trustee for $2,000.00. Case is not closed and likely won't be until sometime this spring but we are discharged!!

    I did not comment a lot but reading all the information here was invaluable and kept me sane. Thank you all!!

    Ours was an asset case also. We were discharged 8/13/2008, but not closed until 11/3/2009, after all the behind the scenes dispersal of our monies was finished. Almost all of it went to the IRS.
