It got a job! Am I stil eligible for a chap 7?

So after a year of constant looking I finally landed a job! Not a great paying job but after 90 day prob I'll be at $12/hr. It is a professional job, so I'm def bummed over the pay but whatever. It's a job and I needed one desperately.

So with my husbands income and mine combined we'll be at just under 47K a yr for a family of 4. Will I pass the means test? Do I need to worried that we won't pass for chap 7?

Honey, you are still near poverty level. I've always made $50 an hour at my lowest, and now I work for my brother at ten and I'm pleased. I'm in age but healthy.

You worry too much. I don't think things will change for you. There are many free Means Tests on line. Take one. I think you will have no problem as this is only a bit above minimum wages. 'Hub

They go by the last 6 months income anyway don't they?

Median income for a family of four in Washington state is $80,404. You should be fine even with your new job.
