Just wanted to post a little update. I filed alone Feb 29th and have my meeting April 11th. I did use an attorney. I had planned to go it alone but decided not to at the last minute.

We also moved into an apartment. I got a job. Life is good so far!

Thanks for the update! Sounds like you are well on your way. I forgot, are you surrendering your home? Just wondering why you moved out of your home so quickly? Your 341 meeting should be quick and then you will be in the 60 day club. Good Job!

We don't own a home. We were renting a crappy house that was literally falling apart around us. So we moved into an apartment. It's a big adjustment moving from a house to an apartment but we'll survive.

Did you add your prior landlord? If not, ask your attorney if you should. Perhaps protection in case they try to come after you for damages.
