we filed 7 months ago and we received our discharge in the beginning of April. At the end of April I received a $500 inheritence and our attorney notified the trustee and filed it. He didn't think she would want it. We have also since sent her our taxes (beginning of May), but she didn't "file" it...she hadn't asked for it, but our attorney said that since this is past April, we should just send them. We want this CLOSED. The letter that our attorney wrote her at the end of April was telling her about the inheritence and then saying that he expects to hear from her in a reasonable time. It's been 6 weeks! What should we do?
