    discharge ?

Ok I have another question. My original 341 meeting was scheduled for 3-29. It was rescheduled for 4-25. When does the 60 days start? I checked pacer and its saying objections due 5-30 but I would think it would be from your actually meeting. Just curious if anybody knows for sure. Thanks

Anon posted a link to a neat BK timeline graphic. Here's a link to that thread for you:

According to that graphic, your 60 days started when your 341 was first scheduled on 3/29. So 5/30 being the end of the Creditor Objection period makes sense.

Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007

Thanks Sinkingfast. It looks like it would be 5/30 then. Thanks again

            I can well imagine, Not.

May there be no last minute objections or adversarial complaints in your case.

Here's hoping May 30 is the last day of your old life!!

It's so hard to be patient.......... especially when your future is at stake....... but all you can do is sit back, relax, and hope for the best..........
Find you a little "down time" this holiday weekend and hopefully it will soon be all over regarding the bankruptcy.....
