Ch 7 Asset Case, what does this mean? Trustee's Final Cost Bill Prepared

Hello,
We filed Ch 7 bankruptcy filed 2/2011, discharged 6/2011, we are an asset case so the bankruptcy is not closed yet. We made all of our payments to the trustee and are waiting for the trustee to pay creditors and finally close our case. Our final payment was 5/2012. Our status is awaiting closing for 497 days.

I check Pacer periodically and finally there is an updated line on the docket page. There are 2 entries I'm curious about:

1) 10/13/12 Trustee's Request for Issuance of a Final Cost Bill

2) 10/15/12 Final Cost Bill Prepared. Amount Due: $0.00

Does anyone know what these are? Is it possible that he may be closing our case soon??
