No. All you have to do is go to the PACER website and create a new account for yourself. After we had gotten our case closed after 15 months, and an AP withdrawn, we didn't look at our account for so long that it fell into limbo and we couldn't retrieve our password. So when 'Hub's ex filed for BK earlier this year, I went to PACER and created a new account for myself, so that 'Hub could keep the ex appraised of developments in her case. The ex will not have a computer in her house at all.
