payment of priority irs tax claim

My Chap 7 trustee has recently sold one of two vacant lots yielding enough to pay the priority tax claim on which I have been making monthly payments since Chap 7 discharge over two years ago. Since it is likely in the current real estate market that the second lot could take a year or more to sell, should be Trustee be expected to pay off the priority tax claim? Should I be taking any action to "encourage" this payment?
