We are discharged as of last week! We do have some open issues, though. We are working on a redemption for our grand piano.

Also, I just got this email from the legal assistant at our lawyer's office. What should I do? What happens if I ignore it?

"The firm representing Best Buy would like for you to contact them to schedule the surrender of the merchandise you declined to reaffirm. The contact information is Bass & Associates xxx-xxx-xxx; please ask to speak with xxx. Feel free to contact our office should you have any questions regarding this matter."

First of all, congratulations!!

Do a search for Bass and also for Best Buy here on the forum. There have been a few issues like yours. Generally speaking, the advice is usually to ignore them, but you might want to read some others' experiences.
