Ok we weren't but I have been thinking about him for the last couple hours since I talked to him. 
I got my statement from the bank for an update of where I'm at and I saw that they had charged (loaned) me $150 to pay for their lawyer to do the reaffirmation statement. I guess in my mind, that's not horrible, could have been worse. But I called his office nonetheless, and asked if they could 'do' that. He said absolutely. It's in my mortgage if I read it. !! He said i was concentrating so hard on not reaffirming that I didn't see it. Possibly. When I told him the amount he exclaimed...yes that's the right word, exclaimed, That's all they charged?? You sure got off lucky!! I sat there for a moment and then said, well I guess it's ok for you to think so, but then again, you aren't struggling to buy groceries. He said then, well I believe I've answered your question so I will say goodbye.
Guess I'm a big girl, I don't need kindness from him or compassion. But I do know when I'm being treated rudely. I will be very glad when this is over.
