I feel a little fatigued from the whole process, it is like having to clear things through big brother to make any kind of move. Anyone else a little fatigued? Maybe it is time, I start exercising daily instead of once a week.

Fatigued is not the word for it.................... almost 2 years of all this crap has took its toll on me also.......... stay stressed out..............
Don't sleep good.......
Stay irritable half the time (and its not old age, either)....
Want this over and done with........ and get on with my life....
Trustee keeps dragging his feet on closing...................
Ready for it all to be OVER...............Minny

Just thinking about filing and the "what if's" constantly racing through my mind has broke me down a couple of days.....thats when I reach for a liquid embrace to help me through it....not good, I know, but it does help. I wish overtime would pick up at work so I could save for the lawyer's fee a lot faster. I have about $60-$100 left over each month right now. I drive an old car, don't go out much, mostly get togethers with friends (always fun and VERY inexpensive). I guess what I dread most is the actual process and standing in front of that trustee who will have my everything at disposal....thats the worst part. I may have a nice one or I may get a grinch. When it all boils down to it, its just numbers! Your credit score, your interest rate, your bank account, and your net worth if you're fortunate enough to have one......is your happiness really defined by numbers?

Would that be a cold bottle of corona by chance?
by the way, I was at the local ballpark yesterday, they put corona in cans?
yuke, the bottle is so sweet.
Man what you talking about, thats my fav of all beers
...just can't buy it often. When I was on vacation in Mexico, years ago, the bartenders pegged me pretty quick..."dos cervesas" "no lime" was my usual order....and they were much more affordable in Mexico.

It's the "what if's" that are killing me and the reason I can't handle going pro se.Originally posted by Credit HaterJust thinking about filing and the "what if's" constantly racing through my mind has broke me down a couple of days.....
- What if....the trustee objects to my appraisal?
- What if....the trustee wins a valuation hearing?
- What if....does the trustee take my house automatically or...do I have any say in this?
- What if....a good job finally comes through?
- What if....I have an unexpected expense?*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***

IF you have not yet filed (Pro Se) one of the keys is to have a support group. It is up to you to find them.
your what ifs.
appraisal-if fair and market, no problem
valuation hearing-prepare the follow up to any possible objection in advance
does the trustee take my house automatically?, no.. circumstances prevail.
what if....a good job finally comes through?
take it, if after filing just notify trustee. hopefully, you made notice of possibility upon filing.
I have an unexpected expense?, same, after filing just notify trustee.

Sometimes we "worry too much" about the "what-if's"........
Just take things as they come and deal with them then...... and you will be fine........ a lot less stress..Minny

Watching where every penny that get's reported is spent. Make sure the bank statements show rent, groceries, gas, utilities, etc. The rare occassions we eat out or grab fast food, no Debit card use at Mickie D's. We pay for that with cash.
No check writing either. People who get checks tend to not cash them quickly enough for me. I want to be sure there's nothing out floating around when we file. So it's cash, Debit card, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks.
Anything that may even be semi questionable by the Court,....... We don't do it. Not talking illegal or anything like that. Just every day stuff that could be misconstrued to look like we have something we don't.
It wears on you. Having to think thru every action. How would someone else view what you are doing??!!Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I feel like I'm fatigued before I'm even started. Yesterday I couldn't keep my eyes open during work (felt like my CPAP for sleep apnea didn't work the night before). Got home about 5:30 for a quick nap that lasted until about 8:00. Said screw it and went back to bed. Then I was woke up by a cat meowing---no I don't have a cat, it was MSN messenger with my dad trying to contact me and get my attention. So I was awake for about 45 minutes and back to bed until 5:00 am. After about 11 hrs of sleep, hope today isn't like that!*** THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE--ONLY A LAWYER CAN PROVIDE THAT. ***

I think I've found my attorney. Just giving an example of how the questions keep whirling through my head. The fair market evaluation will be the clincher and to explain why mine is a little less than others on the market (one lawyer said to really play up that the basement floods.)Originally posted by djk-------------------------------------------------------------------

Something that took me working 3rd shift and sleeping in loud areas to figure out.....foam earplugs. They work like a charm
And I can still hear the alarm or unusual loud sounds like a car wreck and my house alarm or fire alarm. Just wanted to throw ya that tip
