    2nd job.

    Hi all,
    In a previous thread I explained that my wife lost her job this last Friday. She still has a part time retail job, but she has has issues which cause her hands and knee joints to hurt constantly. Her doctors still have not figured out what the problem is though and the next available appointments to see said doctors is not until May.

    If she were to quit this job, we could file ch7 as we would be a hair under the median, but I am afraid quitting it will cause a red flag with the trustee. Any advice would be warmly welcomed.

    You're way overthinking this process.
    Nothing in the bk code says you must be employed or fully employed or, work OT to file bk.
    The trustee isn't going to ask but if he does, what's wrong with the truth?She can't handle the physical demands of the workplace.
