My student loans were not discharged after my CH7 BK. Is there any possible way to get these loans wiped out in Ch 7 BK?

not likely under the old law as well. My ex and I both had student loans. Under the chapter 13, all it did was put a delay (so to speak) on them. Now that my plan is disharged, we are expecting the letters from the education foundation to start up payments again. I believe my ex's came in the mail this weekend.7/12/2001 Filed Chapter 13

Hmmmmm...Unless, you did an odd thing and paid off your student loans using a credit card and then filed chapter 7 or 13.....then Hmmmm......but that would probably be caught by the trustee or concidered fraud??7/12/2001 Filed Chapter 13
