    Tax Refund?

I filed Chapter 7 in December 2004 and had my meeting of trustees on January 20, 2005. The trustee did not mention anything to me about sending him my 2004 tax return or refund. I am expecting a refund of about $1300.

My question is: I have absolutely no assets (no car, home, jewelry, etc.), so does that mean my tax refund would be exempt? I believe CT law allows you to keep a certain amount of money.

    Thanks.

Your state's exemption should cover your refund amount.
