    Case Closed?

    Ok... I don't want to get excited untile I can verify what this means exectly.

    Status is closed, but on PACER it says "Government Proof of Claim" TERMINATED 07/19/2006

    Does this man that they are not going to bother doing this and I'm free and clear?

    Please let me know ASAFP! My lawyer is useless and never has any answers.

    Means your case is over, done with, and ready to file away................

    Govt. has not reason to pursue any further..................hence "terminated"...

    Are you saying Pacer says your discharged, case closed, and terminated all on the same date????

        Thanks to all of you! You havwe made this a much easier experience! Oh and I also got a get piece of news today! My job is going to start paying us weekly in Sept. it will make the paying of bills easier no more scheduling and deciding which bills will be paid out of which check!

          It is so good to hear the great news. I am waiting out my discharge too. Monday is the last day for objections in my case. I already had my reaffirm hearing this week,so I am just waiting.

            I've seen people talk about discharge and close on the same day. I'm glad I got lucky
