    After my 341

    Hi
I have a question. I had my 341 on June 22 and the trustee was very nice, he asked a couple of questions. One about my tax refund and made a comment on my house appreciating nicely for us. He also requested a copy of my last pay stub. I copied it and sent it to my attorney. Does this mean that he won't be asking for anything else? I don't know how to use the pacer to check on my case. Can anyone give any advice? I would really appreciate it. I have been very calm up until now. I don't know why I'm starting to worry again.

Calm down, the hard part is probably now over......

Just the waiting till the 60 day objection period is over is nerve wrecking and most creditors do not object anyways......

So prop your feet up and have a cool one....... relax.......be kind to yourself........... and chat with us.....

    We're here for you....

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

one suggestion I have due to your statement that the trustee was nice is to send him an email and specifically ask if there is anything else he may need. Just say something like you realize your lawyer is very busy and yet you remained concerned that the trustee get everything she/he needs and that there could be something your lawyer overlooked.

My lawyer actually had me very well prepared for my 341. He has kinda slacked off since, but I was over preparded for mu 341.
        My credit scores:
Before Filing: Tr 496, Ex 496, Eq 507

        Today: Tr 618 (+122), Ex 601 (+105), Eq 623 (+116)

Thanks so much for the advice! I feel better already. I go through waves of panic and then calm. I can't wait until it is over. My lawyer said that no news is good news and I haven't heard anything so far. Thanks again!
