    Please help

I am almost finished with all of my statements, schedules, blah blah blah.....

I do have a question on the Statement of intention though....Do I list my landlord? I am not behind in payments and would like to stay living here. Do I check the "Lease will be assumed persuant to"....box? Also, I read that I have to serve all of the creditors on this list and file the receipt with the court when I file the statement of intention. The only 1 on this list is the landlord. I had planned to file this with all the others on the day I file. Do I file the petition, then have my landlord served with the intention statement, wait for the receipt, and then file the statement with the receipt to the courthouse?

I have already spoke to my landlord and he is aware that we are filing and that we want to keep stay in this house and he is in agreement with this.

    Thanks in advance.

The only real reson to list it is if you want to get out our your lease. If not. I wouldn't.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was hoping someone would say that. That really makes things easier for me. I was getting soooo confused as to when I was supposed to file this thing, and if I had to serve the landlord first and......anyway, you get the idea.

      Thanks again sooooo much.

I cant wait to file and get that step out of the way.

After the clerk finished stamping my filing paperwork, I walked outside and remarked how "different" the world looked...I felt good and the air seemed fresher. The two weeks prior to filing when I was 'lost' in forms and questions were the worst.

DO it! It will all be okay.....:-)
