Does anyone know where I can get a reinstatement form for Chpt 7? Someone I know did their own Chpt. 7 and they missed their hearing appointment and they need to reinstate their chapter 7 before it is closed...right now is just at a dismissed status. I need it for the southern district of Florida.....I've search the web and can't locate it....I don't know the form number. Please help.
