Well, I checked pacer yesterday morning and saw that there was a new filing from Friday. My heart of course drops while I checked it. It was a final report from our Trustee (signed 7-31) asking for an ok to distribute assets and it was also signed by the US Trustee (Aug 2). I am SOOOO happy!!! 
Does this mean that once the Judge signs off and money is distributed that our case can be closed???
It is just a relief that it is almost over. It has been 8 months of.... well, you know!!!
