Dear forum,
Husband and wife combined credit card debts= $60,000.00 and one repo with a $7,500.00 "deficiency".

One saving account and no saving account,two paid for vehicles with a combined values of $11,000.00.

Can anybody help me with a step by step filing procedures ,including forms and other necessary paperworks for a complete chapter 7 filing.
