married... what if i file chap 7 alone, not jointly..all of the past debt is in my name, not hers, because we are married now, will her income be penalized for my debt that she was mostly not reponsible for...? shes earns roughly around $63,000/year... and I am on the house by title only, I am not a co-signer or anything like that.
