01/09/2006 : Confirmed with Attorney that I was able to file a Ch 7 BK - No Asset Case.
01/15/2006 : All requested items and documents delivered to my Attorney.
01/29/2006 : Chapter 7 BK-No Asset Case Filed.
01/30/2006 : 341 Meeting (Meeting of Creditors) scheduled to be held on 3/6/2006 at 03:00 PM.
01/30/2006 : Objections for Discharge due by 05/05/2006.
01/30/2006 : Trustee & US Trustee assigned to case.
02/10/2006 : Notice of Appearance filed. (Attorney for HouseHold Bank).
02/13/2006 : Request for addition to list of creditors and request for notices Filed (HouseHold Bank / Bass & Associates).
03/06/2006 : 341 Meeting (Meeting of Creditors) Held.
03/07/2006 : Trustee's No Distribution Report entered.
03/16/2006 : The United States Trustee (UST) has determined that the debtor has not filed nor transmitted all of the required means testing documents and that without these documents, the UST cannot make a determination as to whether debtor's case is presumed abusive under 11 U.S.C. Section 707(b).

07/01/2006 : I woke up and took a deep breath of air and thanked God and everyone who helped get me through this difficult time in my life and then I MOVED FORWARD WITH MY HEAD HELD HIGH..
I do not regret one mile of this journey even though it was the most traumatic and stressful time of my life.. However, through the support of family and close friends and especially those of you on this board, you made it easier than I ever imagined it could be.. You calmed me during stressful times and laughed with me during happy times..
