Can a person who has filed for BK(we haven't yet)consider getting a new job in the future?Would they have to disclose that info?Or would the company find out anyway on their own?

The company is not allowed to ask. Some companies do a backround check and they could find out about your BK, but that CAN NOT be the reason for not hiring you. That would be against the law.Bankruptcy History:

I learned the hard way, once you file BK don't volunteer any information to anyone, and tell no one! People can be unjustly harsh.Comment
