Tip: How to find out if you are being sued for free (bookmark link)

Are you worried that you may be sued 'any day now'? Do you duck when the door knocks from unexpected visitors? Wouldnt it be nice to get advance notice so you can prepare yourself for a defense?

Well the process server wont be coming by until the case is filled at the courts. So here is a way to get ahead of being served by checking the court dockets to see if a case against your name has been filed.

Unicourt.com has a free search feature to find a parties name and any action in the court dockets.

However its limited to 2 or 3 searches a day so dont go crazy or you will be timed out

Simply replace 'yourlastname' below with your name and load the link

    https://unicourt.com/search?q=YOURLASTNAME&a=p&sb=fd

For example, here are all the people suing Trump (note: you will use 1 search of the 2-3 freebies a day if you click this link)

With Case Research, Case Tracking, Legal Analytics, & Legal Data API, UniCourt has Everything You Need to Get Better Access and Insights on Legal Data.

You can then bookmark it and do a search every day

Remember, you can only do 2-3 searches a day for free. And of course you can subscribe to their service.
