Question about proof in court

Hello guys, I would like to know what does a CA needs to proof in court that a Credit card account belongs to you ? will a printed statement do ? or do they need a signature somewhere ? what do they exactly need to proof is your account ?

Why don't you give us more background on what is going on. Why are you in court, who is suing you, what is the claim, what are you hoping to dispute.

Just based on this post, it sounds like you are trying to be "cute" with the creditor...trust me, it won't work. Let me put it this way, Signatures are overrated.
