Got Served!

We got served with a summons from Chase on Sept 27th for CC debt. (it said we had 30 days to respond or a bank levy, wage garnishment could happen)

We responded to the summons on Oct 24th with our defenses....

Just wondering if anyone would know what is the next step?
And how long will it take? (i.,e Court date will be set, Chase drops the lawsuit, 30 days from our answer, 60 days from our answer, ect....)

When we got served we were/are in the middle of getting our CH7 paperwork all together and NOW we might want to delay our filing as long as we can.

At this point, usually a trial date is set by the court. As for when that might be, that is anyones guess.

I was sued by Chase - answered the Complaint back in July and then heard NOTHING until they raided my bank account last week.
