Are CDs protected from creditors/collection goons' seizure/theft, if it's a long term, 5 year CD.
You personally can not cash in that CD + the interest earned before five years, can they steal it?

THey can't steal it, but depending on the laws where you are, they can get a judgement, and attach all your assets, including any CD's.
