Hi I just bought 3-in-1 credit report online via Equifax. If there is any judgment where would it be? under Public Records? It is empty. I don't see anything under collections either. Also how quickly does the credit report show a judgment after the judgment was issued? Thank you.

yep, it shows and yep its under public records. Mine was in January and I pulled in March and its on there.filed 3/3/08

Thanks 94mom. So if there is some judgment right now I may not even know for a while, or until they take money from my bank.
Man, this being overseas is messing me all up. I don't even know if I was served and I don't even know if a case is pending. Is there anyway to know if any case is pending in case I was already served by publication?Comment
