Must be nice to actually have a form to fill out.
Here, I have nothing. And have to write up my response from scratch.
And the letter that came with the summons specifically states that the court (and anyone who works there) are not allowed to help with the answer to the summons.

So I have been spending what little free time I have googling to see if I can find something to pattern my response from.

    So far, no luck though.

Well I was served on Saturday. Kinda glad actually, cause I was served at home with no fan fare so don't have to worry about it happening at work. Have a call in to my lawyer. Wonder how much this is gonna cost me, damn, and just when I paid off the retainer too.

My summons says that the correct forms must be used and that there may be forms available at my state website, maybe yours does too Tay?
