Collectors tippy-toe border lines of violations of FDCPA

A credit card company called a neighbor that lives in the same building as me. I'm guessing because it's their Land-line and we have the same address?
Ridiculous, especially since it's my landlord!!

I never pick up, so I'm left countless voice messages (VM's).

I've received VM's with laughter in the background.

I've received a VM where the collector forgot to hang up, so a message was left containing the collector explaining to a coworker, about trying to make calls, and the conversation contains profanity. (of course not directed at me)

These calls seem to be bordering the line of violations, but I just can't stick them hard on anything.

I'm left voice messages where I'm demanded to listen to the whole message, that I need to do this, I need to do that, They are going to do this and that.

And what's weird is my Voice Mail says a nick name, not my official business name the collectors knows me as.

    Maybe that's a violation?

I've also had collectors text message my cellphone!! (I don't use a landline)

I'm recording and saving most of the calls onto my computer just in case.

I expect to file for BK in a few weeks, can't wait to be able to move on with my life.

Thanks for the read, feel free to share, vent, your horrors.

Do you have an attorney ready to sue for FDCPA violations?

    If not, who cares.

If you are going to file BK in a few weeks,

again, who cares if the CA's violate the FDCPA.

In any event, none of what you reported sounds like a violation; to stick with the "border" analogy, the CA's are not even close to the border of a violation, they are not even in the same country
