    cell phone bill went to collections

    well a while ago i had to stop paying my cell phone bill, and finally about a month ago i rec'd a letter from NCO its now in their office for collections. i havent received another invoice from them since then....does anyone know if NCO siezes bank accounts? and would they do that this soon? this company is the only fear i have of them trying to do something like that. my CC's havent even went to collections yet. im just turning 30 days past due on my CC's now.
    retained lawyer june 08, filed may 09....341 on 6/26/09- went smooth! Glad to be part of the 60 day club .... AND- 6/27/09- got engaged
    10/30/10- WEDDING!!
    09/04/09-discharged!!!

    They wouldn't be able to seize anything without a court order.

    Have you filed BK yet or are you planning to??

    If so, you could always add them to your list of creditors. Or try and make payment arrangesments with the collection agency, if you're not planning on it.

      ive just retained my lawyer for BK, he told me to get a list of all my creditors and theier fax numbers. im def going to add that bill in, i just didnt call any of my creditors yet...its not that im scared i just been procrastinating, i actually might take some time tomorrow and get that stuff together.
