Getting harassed

Ive gotten 7 calls this morning from the same collector. I had to put my cell phone on silent otherwise Im going to get in trouble at work! He is leaving rude messages and calling non stop. I picked up the phone once and told him please do not call me here and hung up. Hes so rude and beligerant, I dont even want to get into it with him about the bk.

Im filing this week (Thank GOD) so Im not under chapter 7 protection "yet" but retained my lawyer in August. Im paying my balance today (payment plan)

Is there anything I can do, like make a complaint against the company? 7 calls within 45 minutes is unacceptable to me, and is total harassment no matter which way you look at it.

Its a new company, one Ive never heard of. And the guy is just a creep. I mean just rude - very sarcastic.

I deleted the first voicemail, I heard the company name but didnt pay any attention because I felt like I was under attack. I will post back with the name, because Im sure he will call 10 times tomorrow morning too

I will not delete further messages - but if I save them, can I take any recourse?
