About 6 days after we filed BK13, a creditor sold the debt. It has been over one month and we do not know who bought the debt. The reason I know about the sale is that it shows up on my credit report. How does this get unraveled when in a BK13?

Presumably the new owner files a claim, if not, no soup for him.
I've read a lot of chapter 13's on Pacer, this seems to be standard procedure for certain if not most creditors most notably Target.filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
