Circuit Court getting busy here

I'm starting to see some unusual assignments on the dockets here in our local state circuit court. Judges are being assigned "contracts" or "money issues" who do not usually take on such cases. Things seem to be heating up as more and more alleged debtors exercise their rights. Amazingly enough, I often see a creditor/CA attorney listed for the plaintiff, but the debtor is defending him/herself. Good for them if they can afford it. In addition, I did have a court clerk tell me as I inquired about current civil case docket numbers that the contract/ money issue dockets seem to be quite large for this time of year. Ah,...too bad!

That's probably a leading indicator for BK filings, which I think were down in June.
