I just have one judgement against me and I defaulted on about 30 accounts about 3 years ago.
Guess when they check my credit report, they see my foreclosure and car-repos and of course, the other defaulted accounts...So I guess they don't sue.
My mother is in the same situation and has at least 5 judgements against her - BUT she owns a home. I guess that's the difference..
