There's a lawsuit, we filed an answer, and now there is a "Scheduling Conference." I think it would be a waste of time for everyone since we're planning to file BK, but I don't plan to file by next week.
I'm planning to call the clerk, but do y'all know anything about it? This is about a second mortgage that's now unsecured because the first mortgage foreclosed. They got a judgment against the LLC already and filed a lien (but the property's already gone so I don't know what the point of that was).
