    CT, What I've seen in answers (again, this is in my local/state court system) is the regular deny, admit, or "defendant has no knowledge of ####, therefore denies allegations" of whatever specific paragraph seems to apply. I have then noted in the cases that seem gain in traction, when the defendant denies they often state the revised statute. I wish it were as easy here to deny allegations as it appears to be in other states. But, to deny here, implies the defendant will also support the denial. I'll look up my civial rules of procedure and post them here a bit later, so you can see what I'm speaking of.
