i was sued by the firm of hiday & ricke, in florida... this name keeps coming up on this forum... how tenacious are they, anyone had an experience with them?

Hidey and Rich I believe sue for American General and car suits. We had them hit us twice with letters and one subpoena. BK got rid of them. They don't take long to form papers against a person.
