So I got a call from Miss Young at Blatt, Hasenmiller...blah blah blah regarding my wife's Capital One card. The told me they could settle it for 85% of the balance ($1,100)...pretty generous considering they have been charging my 28% or so for the last couple of years. I don't know what to do...should I try and come up with the cash or just wait it out and see what happens. They have an attorney in Michigan so they might go ahead with the suit.
