My 1st call from Citibank Credit Card

Just got my first call this afternoon form Citibank I made my last payment to them11/10/09 payment due date was 12/10/09. I started to pay my attorney this week for chapter 7 $100 down $1100 to go. I got the call at work. The agent was nice he told me I was late and he ask if I could make a payment. I told him I was sorry I was filing bankruptcy and gave him my attorneys name, his secretary's name and phone number. He thanked me and said he would put that on file. I guess now it begins

I remember my first call. However, in my situation i beat around the bush with the creditors for about 5 months before telling them i was filing. Now i should have my discharge anyday. You will notice how fast the BK process goes. Sometimes, I even forgot I was in BK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
