Received a letter today from an attorney offering legal services to assist in a civil lawsuit.
We have not been notified of a lawsuit. Yet in the letter from the attorney offering legal services we found the information from case.net.
The info from the web site has a case # and looks like a court date for Feb 25. We are filing chapter 13 March 1. What do we need to do? Go to court and say what? Any advice?
