    Lost Item

My husband bought a Huer watch about 2-3 years ago and the remainding balance on the Jewlers card is about $1500. He hasn't paid for it the past 4-5 months but he lost the watch about 7 or 8 months ago. What could happen if he doesnt have it anymore?

People "lose" stuff all the time. Much better story this time. :-)

The debt lives on, they try to collect on it, sue you, get a judgment, garnish your pay. You pay or file BK.

Can they sue and get a judgement even after I file bk? If theY sue before the bk, then I decide to file, does it wipe that suite out?

Bankruptcy would wipe out the debt, whether they sue or not. Once you file they are prohibited from continuing collection activity unless they obtain an order for relief from stay.
