Silence is deafening

Stopped paying on credit cards Sept.'09.
After sending out about a dozen + DVs along with Cease & Desist........finally, no more phone calls for several weeks now ! However:

THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING !

I suppose it's best to 'get ready' to brace for impact........

3 accounts are with out of state debt collector/attorney letterhead (Hanna). Wondering if that makes any difference ? Does anybody know if they have conections in FL ?

Frederick J. Hanna does not have an office in Florida, but he does have associates in the state. He will pursue you with a local attorney. Nasty bunch.
